Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K) has witnessed 100% placement for the 459 students who participated in the placement drive with the batch bagging a mean salary of Rs 22.5 lakh per annum (LPA).
The placement process which was done over the virtual mode was attended by 137 recruiters, a 4.6% increase as compared to last year. The median salary for the batch is Rs 20 LPA.
IIM-K authorities said that the top 50% of the students bagged an average CTC of 28.9 LPA, which was an 8.1% increase from last year.

The competitive nature of the students and dynamic curriculum designed by the foremost thought leaders of the country give a cutting edge to our overall efforts to impart quality education and stay relevant with changing times.” Prof. Debashis Chatterjee, Director IIM Kozhikode, said.
There were as many as 51 new recruiters who participated in the placement process this year. As much as 32.7% of the offers were from consulting firms, which is a 12.5% increase from the last year.
The financial sector accounted for 21.5% of the offers while sales and marketing made up for 15.2% of offers and 13.8% offers were in the General Management and Operations roles.
