Over the past two years, the Edtex team, led by Anil and Arun, has collaborated closely with us to facilitate a successful transition from traditional physical recruitment processes to a fully online, digital platform.

Seamless Transition to Virtual Placements

The EDTEX team has been instrumental in ideating and executing virtual placements for one of the largest recruitment drives in India. This year, with over 900 students in the ISB PGP Class of 2022, the end-to-end conceptualization and execution of digital placements were carried out in partnership with the Edtex team. Their expertise and dedication ensured a smooth and efficient process, accommodating the large volume of participants and diverse recruitment needs.

Successful Creation of ISB - EDTEX Digital Operations Internship Placement Program 2021

In addition to managing virtual placements, the EDTEX team has also helped us formulate and execute a comprehensive internship placement program. Through this initiative, we successfully onboarded and collaborated with around 400 Interview Coordinators from six different colleges and universities. The process entailed selecting the right institutions and students, providing thorough training, and deploying them as Interview Coordinators for the Placement Drive at ISB. This program was a critical component of the successful execution of our placement drive this year.

Throughout this partnership, the EDTEX team has been a constant source of support, providing round-the-clock assistance to our entire team. They have been prompt in addressing our queries and offering tailored solutions to meet our specific requirements.
